Job Summary

BUSINESS ANALYST

Hiring a Business Analyst with experience supporting Digital Product teams to enhance business capabilities and features. The analyst will be responsible for collecting data eliciting and documenting requirements completing feasibility analysis and supporting rollout and training of features. Should have strong know ledge of Digital Products.

LOCATION: Remote
POSITION: Contract to Hire

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

Demonstrated skill in providing data management
Possess strong understanding of web mobile and digital marketing technologies.
Possess project management and organizational skills.

DETAILS

Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: Work closely with teams to understand business needs and document requirements to develop new capabilities to help colleagues be more efficient.
Partner with technical stakeholders to elicit and capture technical requirements.
Complete system analysis where necessary and analyze feasibility and risks; identify system specifications that need modifications.
Review requirements with development teams including off-shore and remote team members.
Data Analysis: Leverage existing data resources to complete analysis supporting decision making for new or enhanced features.
As part of requirement documentation capture data and reporting needs for future analysis.
Test Preparation and Execution: Develops and utilizes test plans as well as performs system and report training as required.
Outlines feature launch plan
Documentation and Training: Support business user adoption and system usage by creating thorough documentation and user training

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

5 years Business Analyst experience
3 years-experience support of Digital Product or Product teams
2 years JIRA
2 years Microsoft Office Tools
Scrum knowledge is helpful
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Technical discipline preferred (Computer Science etc.)
