Job Description:

We are seeking an Enterprise Integration Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison between IT business units and corporate IT this role you will ensure the successful implementation support integration and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with connected systems including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and financial planning tools.

Your focus will be on aligning technology solutions with business objectives to streamline operations enhance production efficiency and support end-to-end business processes.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lead and develop the ERP Business Process Champion Team and co-manage the ERP Data Lead team.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with division and business unit leadership to understand and support strategic financial priorities and operations.
• Define and own future-state business processes that align with organizational and program goals promoting standardization across global operations.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for process-related topics throughout the ERP project lifecycle.
• Ensure business process alignment with organizational standards and ERP methodology across all phases: Discover Prepare Explore Realize Deploy and Run.
• Ensure processes comply with internal controls regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to ERP MES PLM and financial planning systems.
• Lead ERP initiatives and collaborate with corporate IT ERP project teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives and consistent delivery of outcomes.
• Translate business and manufacturing processes into requirements for system configuration including ERP MES PLM and financial planning tools.
• Support the implementation testing and deployment of ERP integrations with MES PLM and production financial planning systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology.
• 7 years of experience in IT with a focus on ERP implementation or enterprise systems integration in a manufacturing or engineering-focused environment.
• Experience in a business partner or liaison role between IT and business units.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and strong knowledge of MES PLM and financial planning tool integrations.
