Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Database Support Engineer to join our this role you will be responsible for supporting various database technologies across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include building troubleshooting monitoring and providing expert consultation to internal customers capability teams and project stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with a global product team including Product ManagersArchitectsSubject Matter Experts (SMEs) and DBA counterparts across global locations.

Responsibilities

Provide support for various database technologies including installation configuration monitoring and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues across development test and production environments.
Offer technical consultation and guidance to internal stakeholders and project teams.
Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure database solutions align with product and business requirements.
Contribute to knowledge sharing documentation and continuous improvement of database support processes.

Primary SkillSets

3-5 years of experience in Database Administration.
Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL) especially T-SQL
Familiarity with operating systems: WindowsUNIXLinux
Hands-on experience with SQL Server
Basic to intermediate experience with:OraclePostgreSQLMySQLMariaDB
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
