We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Senior Manager Business Development to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in the Facilities Management (FM) sector.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Integrated FM Hard FM and Soft FM services
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across corporate commercial industrial and institutional clients
Client & Market Management
Coordinate and conduct client meetings site visits etc
Track market trends competitor offerings and pricing benchmarks
Represent the organization at industry forums events and networking platforms
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with operations finance and transition teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery
Support RFP/RFQ responses bid management and proposal governance
Prepare sales forecasts budgets and MIS reports for leadership review
Ensure CRM discipline pipeline accuracy and compliance with internal sales processes
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in Facilities Management services (Integrated FM Hard FM Soft FM)
Proven leadership experience in B2B sales and business development
Excellent negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
48 years of experience in Business Development / Sales preferably in Facilities Management Property Management
