Job Summary

Our client a leading global healthcare company seeks a SAP Ariba Technical Consultant to drive the technical implementation customization and optimization of their SAP Ariba solutions. This role is designed to ensure seamless integration with existing ERP systems and enhance procurement and supply chain processes.

Note: This is a contractual role renewable every 6 months based on performance. The candidate must be flexible to work in the clients preferred timezone which may include EST or CEST.

The Role.

Design develop and implement end-to-end technical solutions for SAP Ariba including Sourcing Contracts Procurement and Supplier Management modules.
Lead the integration of SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA and other third-party systems using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) SAP Process Orchestration (PO/PI) and middleware tools.
Develop and customize SAP Ariba workflows forms and reports using Ariba scripting JavaScript and UI frameworks to meet business requirements.
Configure and optimize Aribas integration with backend ERP systems ensuring data consistency accuracy and real-time synchronization.
Perform system troubleshooting debugging and performance tuning for SAP Ariba applications including resolving integration errors and data migration issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams integration specifications and user manuals.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Conduct technical training sessions for IT teams and end-users to ensure smooth adoption and usage of SAP Ariba solutions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba features updates and industry trends to recommend and implement system enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Ariba Technical Consultant with a focus on technical implementation and integration.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules: Sourcing Contracts Procurement and Supplier Management.
Strong expertise in SAP Ariba integration tools including Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) SAP PO/PI and OData services.
Proficiency in SAP Ariba scripting JavaScript and UI customization.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and middleware technologies such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
Flexibility to work in EST or CEST time zones as required by the client.
