Job Summary
Products: Electrical Connectors for the Automotive Industry.
- Perform design calculations including tolerance analysis and dimensional measurement (3D data).
- Apply engineering methodologies such as FMEA DRBFM DFMA etc. to ensure robust product design.
- Support testing activities including sample preparation test setup and execution.
- Assist in technical risk assessments problem solving customer approvals and tooling release processes.
- Assist in developing and optimizing design solutions.
- Explore and apply AI and digital tools to improve design efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications :
- Final-year student majoring in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering Aeronautical Engineering Mechanics Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Preferred GPA 7.5 or above).
- Academic background includes relevant coursework assignments or mini-projects related to product development design simulation or testing.
- Interest in innovation experimentation and continuous improvement
- Proficient in reading and writing English for daily communication and documentation.
- Available to work full-time for 4 to 6 months.
