This role will fully support China KA team in implementing strategic long-term business plans for the Key Strategic Accounts building sustainable engagements and integrating customer insights.

He or she leads Value Creation through the accomplishment of the established key Customer/our company strategic objectives and addressing previously unmet and/or evolving patient/customer needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Formulation and Planning of Access Strategy40% of time*准入策略的制定与规划
Conduct in-depth analysis of national and local policies to evaluate opportunities and challenges across all product lines.
Provide market access strategy support for new product launches and the lifecycle management of existing products.
Collaborate with the Sales and Key Account Teams to develop access strategies and related plans for priority hospitals and key decision-makers.
Provide professional access support tools and solutions to help frontline teams overcome admission barriers.
Market and Customer Understanding and Analysis (30% of time*)市场及客户洞察与分析
Customer Engagement Solutions Development (20% of time*)客户互动解决方案
