Marshfield Medical Center - Minocqua seeks a BC/BE Hematology/Oncology physician to join its established Oncology department in Minocqua Wisconsin. The Marshfield Clinic Cancer Care part of the Marshfield Clinic Health System is fully integrated across all locations with regularly scheduled tumor boards and other collaborative efforts. Extensive research opportunities are also available.
Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).
Compensation & Benefits:
2 year salary guarantee of $700k depending on location for a 1.0 FTE
Up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
CME annual allowance
