Job Summary
OPEN POSITION:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

- 1 Day per Week
- Saturdays
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- PRN Weekday Shifts Available
COMPENSATION:
- $85 to $100 per Hour dependent upon experience
- Malpractice Insurance
LOCATION:
- San Jose California
- Arbuckle / Tropicana area

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant provides routine low-acuity medical services seeing an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.
The services of the clinic include but are not limited to:
- routine primary care
- annual physicals
- sick visits
- minor injury care
The clinic uses CarbyOS an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden.
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will be supported by a medical assistant who helps with all patient visits including charting and documentation.
Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish.
The schedule for this position is every Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Additional weekday shifts will be offered (not required) for coverage - vacation sick days etc. The practice can also offer PRN shifts in the San Francisco office if the new provider would like the opportunity for additional work hours (not required).
REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 1 year experience preferred
- new graduates considered on an individual basis
- must speak fluent Spanish
