Description

ABM is hiring a Candidate Care Coordinator at our Sugar Land TX office! In this role you will provide best-in-class service to all candidates engaged in the pre-boarding process; to include Day One onboarding support while ensuring high-level and consistent communication to all stakeholders in the process.

This is a Hybrid Role!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with all stakeholders all through the process i.e. other TA leaders hiring managers and human resources by consistently collaborating as often as needed.
  • Help train new and existing team members on new or changing candidate care initiatives
  • Maintain a high level of accountability with the delivery and execution of communication to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor track and report on metrics pertaining to the candidate time in process metrics to determine effectiveness and impact to the business. Identify trends gaps and overall effectiveness of candidate care strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate care strategies and best practices that contribute to the overall achievement of our vision: Deliver a world-class pre/onboarding experience to the following stakeholders: candidates TA team members and HR business partners.
  • Contribute to various Candidate Care initiatives and projects that support our vision and enable global scale and long-term success. To include but are not limited to; participating in evaluation selection and development of Candidate Care processes systems technology and people to maximize service delivery to the business.
  • Maintain 100% compliance in accordance with pertinent HR laws: throughout the candidate care process.
  • Preserve the accuracy in candidate care tracking system to certify all applicant data is updated timely for precise reporting and metrics/KPIs.
  • Sustain a proficiency level with prioritizing responsibilities and maintaining a workload as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of high-volume administrative experience talent acquisition experience preferred
  • 1 year of proven customer care experience.
  • High School diploma
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel/Smartsheet PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred not required
  • Ability to draft professional correspondence via email.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Become proficient with TA systems (ATS Sterling Accurate and other pre-boarding systems)
