Job Description BA (Agentic AI / Data & AI SVS):

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally in AI-driven product development or data transformation programs.
• Strong experience working on Agentic AI use cases with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business requirements and actionable delivery plans.
• Proven understanding of AI lifecycle management from ideation and data readiness to model design testing and deployment.
• Exposure to data mapping data migration and data integration activities preferably within enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder discussions involving Data Science Technology and Business teams.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery environments with hands-on knowledge of Jira Confluence and collaboration tools.
• Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on driving business value through data and AI initiatives.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services domains preferred.
