About the role
Were looking for a Data Quality Specialist whos passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive better outcomes for people with disability.
In this pivotal role youll support the effective delivery monitoring and reporting of PWDAs Advocacy programs. Youll make sure our data is accurate compliant and tells a powerful story about our impact. Working closely with the Individual Advocacy leadership team youll ensure reporting meets contract and funder requirements while identifying opportunities to improve data systems and workflows across the organisation.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven experience leading reporting and compliance processes focused on outcomes including analysing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy across different systems and reporting methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative and sound judgement to identify risks and test solutions.
Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting systems including designing dashboards automating workflows and producing insights that support compliance and decision-making.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way for diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively within governance and compliance frameworks building productive relationships with colleagues managers and funders.

Award Classification: Level 6 Social Community Home Care & Disability Services (SCHADS) Award 2010
PWDA pays above-award rates as per our Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
