What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of skilled carpentry gutter installation or exterior construction experience.
- A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Valid drivers license (must be 18).
- Previous gutter installation experience and passion for craftsmanship is a huge plus!
What Youll Do:
- Install seamless gutters gutter guards downspouts and specialty gutter systems.
- Lead by example on the job site while delivering top-quality craftsmanship.
- Interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Grow into a leadership role with support training and mentorship.
Compensation:
- $100000 $150000 annually (salary commensurate with experience and performance).
- Clear performance-based raises and promotions through our skills ladder program.
