Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service department ensuring clear communication a smooth repair process and a positive ownership experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally and assess vehicle service needs
Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics repair status and completion times
Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process
Promote and upsell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strong CSI results
Resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional manner
Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership processes
Work closely with the Service Manager Parts Department and Technician team
Qualifications
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (CDJR experience a plus)
Strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-minded attitude with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
