LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is a business that enables marketers to connect with the worlds  North American AgencyDevelopmentTeamis responsible forequipping agencies withthe marketing productcapabilityand insight to enrich their value propositions and accelerate their clients growth. 

We are seeking an Agency DevelopmentLeadtoestablishand strengthen key agency relationships at Holding Companies in Canada who are managing many of LinkedIns largest most strategic customers. The role is focused on driving revenue ROI agencyeducationand capabilities. 

The candidate will have extensive experience of LinkedIns platform and marketing solutions and will work collaboratively with Field Sales andcross-functional teams to ensure we are meetingpartnerneeds.

Responsibilities: 

  • Buildmanage and strengthen relationshipswith stakeholders within key advertising agencies across a range of disciplines (Executives Paid Social Investment Strategy Measurement Analytics Creative) 
  • Partner with Field Sales to drive commercial acceleration of high potential accounts through senior level relationshipsvideo adoptiondevelopment of full funnel marketing strategies large-scale transformational programs Joint BusinessPlansand/or Agency Level Agreements. 
  • Own revenue growth targets by increasing agency spend and adoption of LinkedIn ads 
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing Insights & Measurement Video and more) to develop agencystrategiesto maximize growth and build partnerships that scale revenue. 
  • Develop and implement programs to improve agency capabilities and education through training businessreviewsand product updates. 
  • Work withcross functionalpartners Field SalesAgency Developmentcolleagues tofoster bestpracticeexchange and align strategies. 

Qualifications :

BasicQualifications 

  • 10 years Marketing Agency Advertising experience 
  • 5 years developing Marketing Strategies 
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Proventrack recorddelivering results in Canadian markets. 
  • Strong digital advertisingvideoand social mediaexpertise 
  • Experience crafting and implementing commercialagreementsat a local level. 
  • Exhibithigh levelof competency in oral and written communication skills. 
  • Demonstratedexpertisein building relationships with senior agency stakeholders and working across teamswithin complex organizations to achieveobjectives. 
  • Established network ofrelevant industry relationships inmarketand deep understanding of global agency holding companies and independent agencies. 
  • Fluency in English and French
