Job Summary
In this key leadership role youll be responsible for ensuring machinery runs smoothly through effective preventive and corrective maintenance leading a team of skilled technicians and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams manage spare parts and resources participate in ISO audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Were looking for someone hands-on results-driven and committed to operational excellence.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong experience in preventive predictive and corrective maintenance.
Experience in planning and scheduling work orders.
Experience in PLCs automation systems and machine vision systems.
Experience using CMMS/GMAO systems.
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
