Location: Scottsdale San Francisco Chicago or New York Hybrid

Job Description
- Overall Purpose Oversees one or more Salesforce engineering teams responsible for designing developing documenting testing deploying and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Mentors and coaches team members collaborates with other engineering managers and stakeholders and ensures the quality security and performance of delivered Salesforce solutions.
- This is a Manager role managing 17 people doing code review and when needed will have to be hands on to include testing.
- Must have prior leadership experience doing this kind of role in their past.
- Needs to have coaching experience as well.
- Essential Functions Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions using best practices and industry standards.
- Oversee code reviews testing debugging and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
- Ensure compliance with internally defined and industry-standard security governance and performance guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members and foster a culture of inclusion learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with other engineering managers product managers business analysts and end users to deliver high-value solutions to our customers consumers and users.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem and evaluate new tools and frameworks for future adoption.
- Supports the companys commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
- Experience in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL SOSL and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs integration tools and data migration.
- Experience with managed packages and other 3rd-party Salesforce components.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as VS Code SFDX Git CI/CD etc.
- Experience with Salesforce products and features such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Community Cloud Einstein Analytics etc. One or more Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- UI/UX development experience based on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
