Job Summary
You will take end-to-end responsibility for payroll operations across Belgium the Netherlands Luxembourg the United Kingdom and Portugal as part of our global Payroll leadership team at SIXT. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You hold full accountability for accurate compliant and on-time payroll delivery across Belgium Netherlands Luxembourg UK and Portugal
You lead coach and develop payroll teams while building a culture of ownership precision and accountability through peak periods and audits
You serve as the escalation point for complex payroll tax social security and labor law topics across the assigned markets
You drive standardization and continuous improvement while respecting local legal and regulatory requirements together will the other leads in People Financial Management
You partner closely with local HR Finance IT Legal and external payroll providers to translate complex matters into clear insights for senior management
You lead payroll transformation initiatives including system implementations and vendor transitions while ensuring uninterrupted payroll delivery
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Leadership You have proven multi-country payroll leadership experience ideally across Western Europe with strong team development capabilities
Expertise You demonstrate deep knowledge of payroll operations within highly regulated environments and strict compliance frameworks
Resilience You excel at leading teams through pressure complexity and transformation while maintaining operational stability
Stakeholder management You possess excellent communication skills and translate technical payroll topics into decision-ready insights for senior leaders
Problem-solving You maintain a structured risk-aware and solution-oriented mindset with focus on audit readiness and governance
Languages You are fluent in English while additional European languages are a plus and experience with ADP Global View advantageous
