IST Sector Lead Poland

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sector Lead to spearhead our growth and delivery in Polands industrial and manufacturing market. This strategic role combines sector leadership client engagement and project delivery across major industrial programmes. You will lead a high-performing team drive business development and ensure excellence in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sector Leadership & Business Development

• Lead Turner & Townsends industrial sector strategy in Poland identifying market trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients industry stakeholders and partners.
• Drive business development initiatives from opportunity identification to conversion.
• Represent Turner & Townsend at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility.

Commercial & Financial Accountability

• Take full P&L responsibility for the Industrial/Science/Technology sector in Poland.
• Set and deliver against annual revenue targets ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance manage budgets and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to align sector strategy with commercial objectives.

Team & Operational Management

• Build and lead a team of project managers and consultants within the industrial sector.
• Manage team performance development and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance reporting and quality standards.

Project & Programme Delivery

• Oversee the successful delivery of complex industrial/manufacturing projects ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Manage project budgets schedules and resources across multiple commissions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure high standards of performance and collaboration.
• Provide strategic guidance during design procurement and construction phases.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in leading industrial manufacturing logistics defence or pharma projects.
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
• University degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field.
• Deep understanding of construction procurement cost management and project controls.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Fluent in Polish and English (business level).
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
