- Manage job postings screen candidates schedule interviews and support onboarding.
- Coordinate background checks reference checks and recruitment reporting.
- Execute hiring programs and help managers with recruitment tools.
HR Operations
- Maintain HR records policies and employee handbooks.
- Prepare training materials employee letters and payroll tasks.
- Respond to employee queries and support compliance processes.
Employee Relations
- Coordinate processes and prepare insights.
- Support employee relations cases and advise managers on HR policies.
Training & Development
- Organise logistics for training sessions and events
- Collaborate to source training opportunities and collect feedback
Health & Safety
- Maintain risk registers ensure compliance and promote a safety-focused culture.
Projects & Data
- Assist with ad hoc projects including key HR lifecycle focus areas system setup and data management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years experience in HR generalist roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive resourceful and professional approach to tasks
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (HRIS ATS etc.).
- A customer-focused mindset and ability to build positive relationships
