Job Summary
Graduate - Document Controller
The Graduate level Document Controller will assist in establishing implementing and managing robust document control systems to support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. The role ensures that all project documentation is accurately recorded organized and distributed in compliance with company client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining comprehensive document control systems tailored to the needs of infrastructure projects.
Maintain all project documentationincluding drawings contracts specifications and reportsensuring all records are accurately logged stored and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in implementing standardized document numbering revision control and filing procedures in alignment with organizational and client standards.
Manage Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as ACC ProjectWise and Aconex to support efficient workflow processing.
Support routine audits of document control processes to identify gaps ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams by providing timely and accurate documentation for audits inspections and compliance reviews.
Prepare regular document control reports including updates on approval status revisions pending tasks and distribution activities.
Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with internal teams stakeholders and contractors.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Practical hands-on experience with ACC ProjectWise and Aconex (or similar EDMS platforms).
Good understanding of documentation workflows within infrastructure or construction projects (advantageous) document formatting including layout standards styles templates and formatting rules for formal documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word Excel Outlook).
