We are currently seeking for an experienced Operational Fraud Manager to join our this critical leadership role you will define the fraud strategy that protects our ecosystem end-to-end leading the prevention of operational fraud across the business.
What you will do
Own the companys fraud KPIs setting targets and driving a clear strategic roadmap that reduces risk while supporting sustainable business growth.
Champion a culture of risk awareness and fraud prevention across the organization by establishing scalable processes ensuring they are followed consistently and fostering fraud consciousness at every level.
Provide regular reporting to executive leadership delivering actionable insights on fraud trends operational performance and emerging risks.
Identify emerging fraud patterns and translate data-driven insights into effective fraud mitigation rules and system enhancements
Collaborate closely with Product and Data teams to design shape and prioritize the roadmap for fraud-prevention tools and technologies.
Drive innovation in fraud prevention staying ahead of industry best practices and integrating new technologiesincluding AI/ML-powered detection modelsinto our fraud ecosystem.
Work closely with DH central teams to align with the global anti-fraud agenda ensuring the local organization leverages all available capabilities tools and enhancements.
Qualifications :
5 years of professional experience in fraud prevention with a proven leadership track record in high-volume e-commerce delivery or fintech environments.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a company-wide fraud strategy translating high-level objectives into a clear actionable roadmap.
Strong ownership of fraud KPIs P&L or risk-related budgets with the ability to balance risk mitigation and business growth.
Exceptional leadership skills capable of mentoring and scaling a team of fraud analysts and specialists.
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking with expertise in interpreting large-scale datasets to identify emerging fraud trends and translate insights into action.
Outstanding executive communication skills able to present complex fraud topics to senior leadership with clarity and influence.
Expertise in fraud-prevention technologies such as rule engines case management platforms and familiarity with AI/ML-driven detection systems.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable fraud processes and policies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
