We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team in Kings Lynn United Kingdom. As a Personal Trainer you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals through personalised exercise programmes and expert guidance.
- Design and deliver bespoke fitness programmes tailored to individual client needs and goals
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions ensuring proper form and technique
- Perform fitness assessments and track clients progress adjusting programmes as necessary
- Provide expert advice on exercise nutrition and lifestyle modifications
- Lead a variety of group fitness classes and workshops to engage and motivate members
- Participate in member onboarding programmes to build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends research and best practices
- Promote and sell personal training services to gym members
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive gym atmosphere
Qualifications :
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (essential)
- CIMSPA membership certificate Practitioner Level
- Public Liability Insurance (2m cover or more)
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to create and implement personalised fitness programmes
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Enthusiasm for fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their goals
- Strong motivational and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience in leading group fitness classes (desirable)
- Proficiency in using fitness-tracking software and technology (desirable)
