Job Description & Summary

As a Business Development Senior Associate within PwCs Corporate Finance practice youll be responsible for connecting with privately-owned companies to build relationships and identify opportunities for our practice and firm. Success requires ambition organization professionalism fluency in English and French strong communication skills and rapport-building abilities. Knowledge of M&A is beneficial. Performance is recognized and rewarded.
Most workdays are at PwCs 18 York office in Toronto.

Experiences and skillsyou willput touse

Bachelors degree preferably in finance businessadministrationor a related field

1to3years ofexperience incorporatesales enterprise business developmentor corporate developmentroles
Fluency in French and full business proficiency in English is required. Additional languages(s) would be an asset

Prior experiencewithsourcing/originatingtransactions would be amajorasset

Experiencefosteringrelationships withprivate businessownersC-suiteleaders and intermediaries

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Superior organizational and project managementabilities

An understanding of the M&A process would be an asset

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives

The salary range for this position is $58400 - $97500. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
