Analista de Dados Junior (Data Center), Real Estate, Campinas

The Data & Conference Analyst and access control system by QR Code will support the Project Manager that enhance operational efficiency and data quality for decision-making.    

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive access control system for the 183 indirect team members at the construction site. This system will monitor their presence throughout the construction phase. 
• Automate workflows and processes across various systems (Excel and SharePoint).
• Act as a Data Analyst performing predictive and exploratory analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand needs and propose technical solutions.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Engineering Business Administration or related fields.
• Proven experience with Data Analysis.
• Familiarity with corporate environments and tools like SharePoint and advanced Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced English for communication with global teams.
• Previous experience in Construction is nice to have.
