People & Culture Supervisor
As the People & Culture Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily People & Culture operations and supporting the People & Culture Director in managing the People & Culture functions. This role involves supervising the recruitment process employee relations training and development payroll administration and compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in ensuring People & Culture policies are followed and assist in developing a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in managing the recruitment and selection process including job postings resume screening and interview coordination; supervise onboarding processes to ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the company; and conduct orientation sessions for new hires ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on People & Culture policies and procedures; assist in resolving workplace issues to promote positive employee relations and manage disciplinary actions when necessary; and serve as a point of contact for People & Culture-related matters escalating issues to the People & Culture Director as needed.
- Training & Development: Support the implementation of employee training and development programs
- People & Culture Policies & Compliance: assist in auditing People & Culture practices to confirm legal compliance and best practices; and maintain current knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness; administer employee benefits programs including health insurance leave policies and other perks; and assist employees with inquiries related to payroll benefits and compensation.
- Performance Management: Assist in managing the performance appraisal process to ensure timely feedback and evaluations and support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans as needed.
- People & Culture Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records including attendance leave balances and disciplinary actions and prepare and present People & Culture reports on turnover rates recruitment progress and employee satisfaction data.
- People & Culture Team Support: Supervise People & Culture assistants by providing guidance and support in their daily tasks; coordinate People & Culture team activities to ensure a smooth workflow within the department; and assist the People & Culture Director in implementing People & Culture projects and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Education: Diploma degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in People & Culture.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with employees at all levels; strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities; proficiency in People & Culture software payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite; and attention to detail organizational skills and capacity to manage confidential information.
