Key tasks & responsibilities:
As an intern in the IT department at Robert Bosch in Brussels you will participate in and take responsibility for various tasks and projects including:
- Assist in daily IT operations including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting on-site technical needs
- Participate actively in the on-site team operations contributing to team meetings and collaborative problem-solving
- Take the lead on small IT projects
- Support daily operations in areas such as Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and SMITE
- Collaborate with the Customer Loyalty Team to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist in the implementation maintenance and documentation of IT systems and infrastructure

Qualifications :
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Business degree (ICT specialization ICT is not required but advantageous)
- Strong interest in and aptitude for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and project management
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Fluency in English (Dutch and French language skills are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Personal Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
