Internship Bosch Digital Customer Loyalty Team

Key tasks & responsibilities:

As an intern in the IT department at Robert Bosch in Brussels you will participate in and take responsibility for various tasks and projects including:

• Assist in daily IT operations including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting on-site technical needs
• Participate actively in the on-site team operations contributing to team meetings and collaborative problem-solving
• Take the lead on small IT projects
• Support daily operations in areas such as Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and SMITE
• Collaborate with the Customer Loyalty Team to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Assist in the implementation maintenance and documentation of IT systems and infrastructure

Qualifications :

Required:

• Currently pursuing a Business degree (ICT specialization ICT is not required but advantageous)
• Strong interest in and aptitude for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and project management
• Excellent administrative and communication skills 
• Fluency in English (Dutch and French language skills are a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of 105600/month.

- If you want to apply for a voluntary internship you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.

- In case that you need to do a mandatory internship your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
