Midland Toyota has a rewarding career opportunity for a Stock Controllerto join our vibrant collaborative team.
TheStock Controllerrole is an integral & critical role in our dealership with responsibility for the efficient organisation & management of vehicle stock ensuring the smooth & timely delivery of Customers vehicles.
ROLE:
- Stock management & administration
- Sourcing & co-ordination of inter-dealer stock swaps
- Vehicle licensing back fill
- Preparation and processing forward order entry
- Liaise with & prepare Pre-Delivery repair orders
- Relationship building within the franchise network.
YOU:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Dealership management system experience
- Conscientious and diligent taking full ownership for tasks & duties.
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy
- A positive can do attitude & work ethic.
- Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Previous dealership experience preferred but not essential happy to train the right candidate
