Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations during shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally
- Supervise train and motivate front-of-house team members
- Maintain service presentation and brand standards at all times
- Ensure compliance with OH&S food safety and responsible service of alcohol requirements
- Support stock control cash handling and daily reporting
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams
- Support with hotel conference and events as required
Qualifications :
About You
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Duty Manager role
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to service
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
- Victorian RSA
