Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations during shifts
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally
  • Supervise train and motivate front-of-house team members
  • Maintain service presentation and brand standards at all times
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S food safety and responsible service of alcohol requirements
  • Support stock control cash handling and daily reporting
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams
  • Support with hotel conference and events as required

Qualifications :

About You

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Duty Manager role
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to service
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
  • Victorian RSA
