Our Contract Program Manager will serve as the overall lead and program administrator that directly interfaces with Government stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure that mission objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are being achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring service delivery meets established service level agreements (SLAs) and mission objectives.
- Develop implement and monitor contract management procedures controls and reporting mechanisms.
- Manage tasking workload distribution and performance of personnel.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive strategic planning for future initiatives system improvements and evolving mission requirements.

Qualifications :
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Must have at least ten (10) years of relevant IT Program/Project management.
- Must have IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security CE CCNA Security GICSP GSEC SSCP etc.).
- Must have BA/BS in Business Administration Computer Sciences or Information Technology or related fields.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.
- Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Salary Range: $110000 - $150000
Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate including but not limited to contract wage determinations relevant work experience role-specific skills and competencies geographic location educational background certifications and federal government contract labor categories.
Additional Information :
This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of the government contract and the completion of ongoing negotiations. We anticipate these processes will be completed by June 2026 at which time interviews and offers will be extended upon successful contract award.
