Job Description
This role is a key position for launching Coupang Ads in the Taiwan market. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations and quality control of the QA team ensuring that advertising-related operational processes adhere to global standards and are successfully implemented locally. You will lead L3 and L4 team members plan and allocate tasks manage resources and track performance to continuously improve process consistency and execution efficiency. Your goal is to ensure advertisers achieve optimal results while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily team operations: Oversee QA team workflows including task assignment scheduling and resource allocation ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Execute and manage ad operations audits: Cover areas such as media proposals/creative specifications budget and campaign settings placement and activity management reconciliation and system compliance to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Track team performance metrics: Monitor productivity quality error rates turnaround times and regularly report progress to management.
- Handle escalations and major issues: Quickly identify root causes coordinate with relevant teams and propose improvement plans.
- Participate in recruitment and training: Support candidate evaluation training planning and onboarding to ensure new hires meet quality expectations.
- Support localization: Assist in implementing and adapting tools processes and best practices to meet Taiwan market needs.
- Act as a bridge between frontline teams and management: Translate operational insights into actionable plans and clear reports to facilitate decision-making and resource allocation.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in e-commerce ad operations process management auditing/QA or related fields
- Strong understanding of advertising workflows with proven ability in process auditing and improvement
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent cross-functional communication and team management skills
- Fluent in English for daily collaboration reporting and documentation with global teams
