Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational excellence across all campus facilities including classrooms residences sports facilities utilities and landscapes.
Oversee and streamline coordination of academic scheduling events and space management to ensure readiness and service quality.
Manage frontline services including janitorial engineering landscaping waste management housekeeping event logistics movers and security teams.
Develop and implement operational strategies SOPs and budget plans to optimize efficiency uptime and user experience.
Recruit train and develop teams setting performance standards and fostering a strong operational culture.
Drive the execution of the universitys strategic plan including sustainability initiatives aligned with the SDGs (energy reduction waste management).
Oversee construction renovation and capital projects including CAPEX planning procurement scheduling and budget control.
Ensure compliance with permits licenses insurance legal requirements and build strong relationships with local authorities and communities.
Own campus safety security and emergency preparedness programs ensuring trained teams and rapid response protocols.
Produce operational dashboards KPIs and actionable insights for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Operations Management Real Estate or related field.
15 years of senior operational management experience ideally managing large-scale real estate or campus operations.
Proven track record of leading large complex facilities and delivering operational efficiency and innovation.
Strong strategic thinking problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build high-performing teams.
Proficiency in operations management and financial analysis tools with strong Microsoft Office skills.
