Your Role and Responsibilities

As a full stack engineer you are responsible to develop both frontend & backend modules of the Project by leveraging the Generative AI tools such as Copilot and Claude Code

You will be a key stakeholder in building the future state of Company Japans product development which is the key critical factor in growing our business.

Collaborate with cross fictional teams to ship the end to end product

Collaborate with architecture and Design teams to develop scalable APIs for both internal and external stakeholders

Developing & managing the API catalog and services

Writing unit test cases

Troubleshooting & bug fix

Monitor and automate APIs for effective management

Maintain the up to date artifacts with clear documentation

Follow the industry standards for development & managing the APIs/ micro services

Coordinate with offshore team to ensure the delivery

Experience and Qualifications

Japanese language: N3 & above. English business fluency

Programming languages/ Frameworks : Java springs JPA python Spring-boot

Web Technologies: react js angular or any equivalent

Databases: any SQL / No-SQL

Containers: docker container lxc podman (anyone is good)

Container orchestrations: Kubernetes docker compose

Strong knowledge in SOAP & RESTful protocols

API management: APIGEE APIM API Gateway or any other equivalent

Messaging: Rabit MQ Azure service bus Azure event grid SQS SNS or equivalent

Code quality tools: sonarQube fortify or any equivalent

Soft skills: good communication time management & quick learner

36 years of experience in development projects

Significant experience in Japan based insurance solutions with emphasis in commercial/consumer lines

Experience working in an organization and teams through change improving efficiency reducing cost and/or integrating business units or capabilities

Experience in developing and operationalizing development strategies across various technology infrastructure and entities.
