Job Summary
Job Challenges:
Implementation of Machine modification Projects maintaining a balance between machine utilization and downtime.
Establish and maintain a computerised maintenance management system for tracking maintenance history of plant equipments.
Upkeep of the existing equipment (some are 20 years old) is a major challenge due to non-availability of spares machine conditions etc.
To design and ensure an effective detailed Reliability Centred Maintenance program is in place to analyse systems.
