DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position you will counsel individuals on the provisions of EEO laws policies and procedures as well as implement EEO policies and procedures. Your work will involve developing investigative plans for EEO complaints interviewing people involved in complaints and drafting documents regarding complaints. You will analyze evidence including emails witness statements personnel files discipline records hiring packets social media and video evidence. Some of your duties will also include conducting sexual harassment trainings and counseling employees on EEO programs and directives. Additionally you will consult with the legal department to discuss pending litigation and testify at arbitrations and legal proceedings.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday with a 30-minute lunch.
- Free parking!
- Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days per order to telework you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Mechanicsburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Equal Opportunity Specialist 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of analytical experience in an equal opportunity program that includes two years of professional experience and a bachelors degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
