About the RoleReporting to the Director of Operations the Payroll Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy and is looking to grow within a people-first organization. What Youll Be DoingAs a Payroll Specialist you will:- Process payroll for multiple clients ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email providing clear professional support.
- Perform essential administrative and PEO-related tasks that support efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and support ongoing workflows.
- Support new client implementation processes to ensure accurate and seamless transitions.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
What You Bring to the TeamWe are seeking a detail-oriented customer-focused professional with the following qualifications:- Minimum of two (2) years of payroll processing experience.
- Proven experience with payroll systems such as iSolved (highly preferred) ADP Paychex or PeopleSoft.
- Two-year diploma in HR Payroll Business Administration Accounting related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive solutions-oriented mindset.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to support a diverse client base.

Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $50000$60000 per year (based on experience)
