Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Aurora CO (Single School Site)
Schedule: MondayFriday Day Shift 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day; 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Duration: 30 weeks ( School Year)
Pay Rate: $52$55/hour

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a school-based assignment in Aurora Colorado for the school year. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule a single-site placement and the opportunity to support students across various age groups. Competitive compensation is offered with consideration for higher rates based on experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language communication and swallowing disorders in school-aged students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers parents and multidisciplinary school teams
Participate in IEP meetings evaluations and progress reviews
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
Support students academic success through evidence-based interventions

Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Active Colorado State Speech-Language Pathology license
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification (pending certification accepted at start)
Previous school-based experience preferred; 5 years highly valued
Strong communication organizational and teamwork skills
