As an Associate Research Fellow you will:

  • Pursue impactful research and creative work with mentorship aiming for excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate across teams and industries building partnerships and delivering timely high-quality outcomes.
  • Communicate and share research outputs contributing meaningfully to academic and community discourse.
  • Grow your reputation and research portfolio guided by mentors and aligned with a strategic career plan.
  • Engage in university and community citizenship supporting Deakins mission and broader societal impact.

To be successful youll have:

  • Proven background in the field of Water Electrolysis
  • PhD in electrochemistry with a focus on generating electrolysers and fuel cells or relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience
  • Emerging research and scholarship through publications and/or exhibitions as appropriate to the discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues
