Assignment Description
The assignment involves regular on-site follow-up of a co-location data center project in the Oslo area that has experienced schedule delays. The objective is to monitor progress against the agreed commissioning and delivery plan and support achievement of the planned Ready for Service date. The role requires approximately one day per week of engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Review and assess the commissioning timeline to ensure it aligns with the planned schedule.
Participate in on-site meetings at the data center to receive updates inspect physical progress and identify any risks of delay compared to the plan.
Document meeting outcomes in concise reports highlighting current status potential risks and recommended corrective actions.
Coordinate and collaborate with the internal technical team involved in the project.
Requirements
Proven experience in data center ITB and commissioning including evaluating commissioning plans and verifying on-site progress.
Hands-on experience working on construction sites.
Strong ability to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations to keep projects on schedule.
