About the History Department
The History Department is well-established and collaborative delivering a rigorous and engaging curriculum across KS3KS5. The team places a strong emphasis on debate critical thinking and historical enquiry with regular enrichment opportunities including trips and guest lectures.
The Role
Teach History across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 opportunities for experienced staff.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote analytical and evaluative skills.
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement.
Support extracurricular and enrichment activities.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Strong subject knowledge and proven classroom practice.
Commitment to high standards and student achievement.
