Job Summary Graphic Designer: Healthcare & Pharma Industry
We are seeking a Graphic Designer skilled in creating visual communications for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. You will play a key role in producing visually compelling compliant and brand-consistent materials across print and digital platforms. Collaborating with project managers medical writers and marketing teams youll bring complex medical and scientific information to life with clarity and creativity.
Key Responsibilities for Graphic Designer Roles in Pharma and Healthcare
Create visually engaging assets such as brochures infographics medical illustrations social media content and presentations tailored to healthcare and pharmaceutical audiences.
Interpret and convert complex data and scientific content into digestible and clear visual formats ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate across project teams including marketing client services and subject matter experts to align visuals with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Stay up to date with healthcare pharmaceutical and medical design trends patient communication strategies and industry best practices.
Prepare artwork for print and digital use adhering to relevant technical and accessibility standards (GMP GxP ADA etc.) where required.
Support localization and translation of visual materials for a range of international healthcare markets.
Assist in maintaining digital asset libraries ensuring up-to-date brand and regulatory resources are easily accessible.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and proactively suggest new creative approaches that support client goals.
Essential Skills & Experience: Graphic Design for Pharma and Healthcare
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Marketing or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience (minimum2 years) designing for healthcare pharmaceutical life sciences or medical communications industries.
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to visualize scientific or medical topics clearly and creatively.
Experience in digital art and layout.
Experience in Multimedia production. (capable of generating short videos or reels adding and synchronizing voice ).
Experience in 3D designs and events is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare communications regulations (including ABPI FDA or EMA guidelines) data privacy and accessibility standards.
Experience in understanding and applying the brands guidelines to all designs.
