The HR Executive provides structured administrative support to the Human Resources function ensuring accuracy compliance and timely execution of HR processes. The role focuses on maintaining employee records supporting recruitment and onboarding activities coordinating HR documentation and assisting in the smooth implementation of HR policies and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
and nbsp;Maintain and update employee master data personnel files and HR databases.
and nbsp;Support recruitment logistics interview coordination and offer documentation.
Manage onboarding and exit formalities including checklists and records.
and nbsp;Administer attendance leave records and support payroll inputs.
and nbsp;Prepare HR letters such as appointment confirmation and experience letters.
Assist in implementing HR policies SOPs and compliance documentation.
and nbsp;Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
Support audits by maintaining accurate and organized HR records.

Skills and amp; Competencies:
and nbsp;Strong working knowledge of MS Excel Word and HR documentation.
and nbsp;Good communication confidentiality and interpersonal skills.
and nbsp;Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks.
and nbsp;Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance is an advantage.
