Key Responsibilities:
- Excel VBA Development: Create and maintain Excel macro/VBA templates to enhance efficiency automate processes and ensure accurate data organization.
- Investment Contact Management: Manage and verify investment contacts for Japan and other markets by cross-checking received lists. Update details in MS Access and internal reporting systems ensuring accuracy through validation against internal records and research. Keep contact information consistently accurate and up to date.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct supervised research including information sourcing. This requires strong attention to detail basic analytical skills and a willingness to learn with an open mindset to interpret and apply findings effectively.
- Operations & Administrative Support: Provide logistical and administrative assistance to maintain smooth daily operations. Collaborate with global team members coordinate with brokers and custodians when needed foster clear communication and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Economics or a related discipline
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel; experience with financial data platforms is advantageous
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA Python or other data analytics tools is a plus
- Keen attention to detail with solid analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Highly organized and detailoriented
- Excellent communication skills with strong command of English (Chinese proficiency preferred but not required)
