Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning: Develop concepts create detailed drawings blueprints and specifications for buildings landscapes and interior spaces.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Meet with clients to understand needs present proposals and collaborate with engineers contractors and agencies.
Technical Documentation: Prepare construction documents ensuring compliance with building codes safety standards and zoning laws.
Project Management: Manage budgets timelines teams and monitor construction progress through site visits.
Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD (AutoCAD Revit) and BIM software for design and documentation.
