Job Summary
San3a Academy is looking for a young fast-learning Marketing Coordinator to support the daily operations of our marketing and communications team. The role fits someone with basic creative skills whos ready to learn move quickly and keep our workflow smooth especially during our high-activity summer period.
What Youll Do:
Youll work closely with the Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist on practical production-focused tasks including:
Creating simple visuals using Canva or similar tools.
Preparing printables like certificates editing templates and coordinating with printing houses.
Making quick edits to videos using CapCut or equivalent software.
Capturing mobile photos during activities workshops and events.
Drafting short captions for stories and light content tasks.
Archiving and organizing media assets on our hard & soft drives.
Following up with programs coordinators ensuring all their media folders are updated and quality revised.
Supporting general marketing operations and keeping tasks on track.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
A young adaptable person whos hungry to learn and grow. 01 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva or similar).
Basic video editing familiarity (CapCut or similar).
Comfortable with mobile photography & videography and quick content capture.
Organized and detail-driven especially with files and archiving.
Responsive proactive and able to handle routine tasks consistently.
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment that shifts between programs and campaigns.
