Role: Social Media Manager
Priority Location: Philippines
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (PST) Must have a 4 hour overlap minimum with client daily
Salary Range: $1000 - $1200 USD per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

Type of job: RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Manage social channels for both the client and the partner construction company.
- Edit raw video into high-quality short-form content for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Design simple graphics and visual assets.
- Write clear compelling and professional captions tailored to residential and commercial audiences.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Ideate content angles that drive awareness and educate different buyer personas.
- Track performance trends and recommend improvements.
- Support light marketing or outreach tasks as needed.
- Must be creative collaborative but also able to work independently with minimal hand-holding Multitasking/Dynamic Thinking & proactive.
- Possess the gumption to proactively research social media trends and adapt them into successful strategies.
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating content for home remodeling home building or home design industry.
- Experience supporting light marketing or sales outreach tasks.
- Understanding of U.S. market social standards.
- Experience using ClickUp Canva and ChatGPT.
Content Themes You Will Support:
- Showcasing the showroom experience.
- Before and after construction visuals.
- Educational content on pre-construction planning.
- Industry insights for homeowners builders architects and commercial development teams.
- Case studies and client walkthrough moments.
- General marketing content for the partner construction business.
Requirements:
- Strong video editing skills for short-form content.
- Strong written English and ability to write clean professional captions.
- Ability to own the full content workflow from raw footage to publication.
- Ability to manage two related brands with consistent quality.
- Proactive communicator with strong organizational habits.
- Experience working autonomously and managing weekly content calendars.
- Familiarity with Instagram content trends.
- Portfolio of past work required.

- Improved brand visibility and audience education across the OC market.
