Position Overview

Kaseya isseekingan experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to build and lead all HR functions for our operations in Medellín Colombia. Key Responsibilities

• HR Department Development:Establishand structure the HR function for Kaseya in the Medellín region including designing processes policies and procedures compliant with Colombian labor laws and Kaseyas global standards.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent manage the interview and selection process and oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success.

• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Mediate conflict resolution and ensure fair treatment across the organization.

• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems coaching managers and employees on goal setting feedback and professional development.

• Compensation & Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs in line with local market practices and Kaseyas policies.

• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Colombian labor laws regulations and reporting requirements. Maintain all employee records and company policies accordingly.

• Training & Development:Identifytraining needs and implement programs to support employee growth leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

• HR Analytics & Reporting:UtilizeHR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and report regularly to regional and global leadership.

• Culture & Engagement: Champion Kaseyas values and contribute to building a strong engaged and high-performing team in Medellín.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field;Mastersdegree preferred.

• 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity; experience in building HR functions from the ground up is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices.

• Experience in the technology sector or a fast-growing multinational company is an advantage.

• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Spanish andproficiencyin English (written and spoken)required.

• Ability to work independently exercise sound judgment and drive initiatives to completion.
