What you will do:

Oversees and directs daily plant operations including production and manufacturing maintenance engineering support safety regulatory compliance distribution and warehousing. This role reports to the Senior Operations director and is responsible for an operation with approximately 1000 employees with 4-5 direct reports plus 30-35 frontline leaders.

Responsibilities

Overseeing programs and practices for hiring performance management and developing/training the personnel that perform and support the plant operating functions.

Directing all aspects of manufacturing operations for the plant or facility in order to produce costeffective timely and high quality products in a safe secure and sanitary working environment.

Managing development implementation and continual improvement of the operating methods equipment systems and other operating infrastructure used to realize operating goals and objectives.

Directing development of production work schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations; monitoring process and personnel performance of scheduled work activities to remove operating impediments and achieve established operating goals.

Skills

Manufacturing Operations: Knowledge of manufacturing operations; ability to perform day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility for products.

Quality and Performance Management: Knowledge of quality management methods tools and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organizations performance management system practices and tools to developing and improving individual team and organizational performance.

Growth and Agility: Knowledge of the necessity of businesses and individuals to experiment learn continuously and achieve value for the organization; ability to embrace challenges show resilience and proactively seek improvement and innovation to improve an organizations competitive advantage.

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of big picture thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

What you will have.

- Bachelors degree

- Previous experience in manufacturing/operations leadership (leader of leaders).

- Pre-advanced English
