Job Summary
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location: Denver CO 80218
Schedule: Full-Time Days Rotating Weekends
Shift Options: 4x10s or 3x12s
Start Times: 6:30 AM or 9:00 AM
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Compensation & Incentives:
Pay: $26.52$40.90/hr (DOE)
On-Call Differential: $2.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15000
Relocation Assistance: $5000 (for candidates living >75 miles away)
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to support high-acuity multi-specialty cases in a Level IV Trauma surgical environment. The CST will perform in the scrub role demonstrate strong aseptic technique manage surgical instruments and equipment prepare operating rooms and support complex procedures across multiple specialties. This role also includes mentoring new staff and students.
Requirements
Colorado Surgical Registry (DORA) Required
BLS Certification Required
CST Certification (NBSTSA) Required
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech Program
Minimum 1 year of OR experience
Must reside within 30 minutes for on-call coverage
Weekend on-call as assigned
Responsibilities
Perform advanced scrub duties across multiple specialties.
Prepare ORs with instruments equipment and sterile supplies.
Anticipate surgical team needs; maintain strict aseptic technique.
Break down and restock rooms post-procedure.
Pull cases and prepare for daily schedules.
Serve as a preceptor to new staff and students.
Troubleshoot equipment and ensure specialty instrumentation availability.
Demonstrate Integrity Compassion Accountability Respect and Excellence.
