As a Talent Acquisition Specialist youll play a key role in shaping the future of Otis by identifying and attracting top talent across Germany. Youll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with departments to define role requirements and build tailored sourcing strategies
Identifying and engaging candidates through innovative channels: job boards social media university networks and direct sourcing
Conducting phone and video interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
Presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and guiding them through the selection process
Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
Key qualifications and skills:
Language proficiency:Fluent inGerman andEnglish.
Educational background inHuman ResourcesBusiness Administration or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and stay organized
A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people
